Endeavor, Michael B. Jordan And HBCU In LA Team Up To Educate Next-Gen Creatives

Endeavor Impact, the philanthropic arm of the global entertainment agency Endeavor, had just announced its Impact Fellowship program geared toward future business leaders when shelter-in-place mandates forced its postponement. Luckily, in partnership with Michael B. Jordan's Outlier Society Fellowship and the Entertainment Industry College Outreach Program's HBCU in LA, Endeavor Impact was able to pivot to launch a virtual program designed to educate and inspire the next generation of socially conscious executives and creators.



"The objective remains the same: to provide access and education to students who do not have a direct path into the entertainment, sports and fashion industries,“ says Romola Ratnam, head of social impact at Endeavor. "Our partnerships with the Outlier Society Fellowship Program and HBCU in LA will help open a door for the next generation of diverse leaders with the tools they need to succeed, lead and accelerate social change in and throughout our industry.“
