Former senior employee sentenced to 2 years for document forgery – Roya News English

Sunday, a former assistant secretary-general of a government-affiliated independent agency was sentenced to two years in prison after the court found him guilty of forging an official document.

According to court documents, the man fabricated his temporary employment contract from one year to six.

The convict prepared a new (false) six-year contract, and a formal one-year contract and managed to mislead his direct superior, the Secretary-General, who, unknowingly, signed the false six-year contract.
