A legal expert confirmed to Roya that the owner of the farm bears the legal responsibility for such accidents, because renting farms is against the law, because this sector is not regulated in the first place, so the farm owner is responsible for the services provided on his farm.

The legal expert, who preferred not to be named, indicated that the courts consider any case presented by a citizen if he is harmed, and that anyone who causes harm to others is the one who bears the responsibility.
