Al Mouj Muscat, Tabreed Ink 30,000RT DC Concession Deal – MEP MiddleEast

Oman’s premium lifestyle destination, Al Mouj Muscat, has inked a deal with Tabreed Oman – which is a subsidiary of Tabreed, the world’s leading district cooling company – to acquire and professionally own and operate its district cooling plant.

Situated within Al Mouj Muscat’s 1,902m2 site, the plant provides district cooling infrastructure to the integrated tourism complex’s extensive mix of buildings which includes over 6,000 homes, multiple offices, a mall, iconic hotels, Masjid Al Mouj, and Community Hub, golf club, and more than 85 shops and restaurants.

The agreement presents an opportunity to both continue and enhance Al Mouj Muscat’s provision of high-quality, energy efficient cooling to residents, staff and visitors, helping ensure optimum temperatures and comfort at all times.
