The CDC issued updated guidance Thursday that will continue a "No Sail Order“ for cruise ships in U.S. waters through at least the start of October, as earlier hopes that the struggling cruise line industry might be able to restart service this summer have been crushed by a new coronavirus surge sweeping the U.S.
