Muscat: A new ICV deal was signed with an Omani firm to develop the capacity and capability of Omani companies.Schlumberger Oman has signed an agreement with Crimson Petroleum Services as part of its In-Country Value (ICV) strategy to develop the capacity and capability of Omani companies and to maximise expenditure on goods and services made in Oman, under the auspices of Eng.
