OIA contributes OMR 5 billion to Oman’s general budget | Times of Oman

Muscat: Since 2016, the Oman Investment Authority (OIA) has in total contributed OMR 5 billion to Oman's general budget, Sheikh Nasser bin Sulaiman Al Harthy, Acting Vice Chairman for Operations of the Oman Investment Authority, said. Al Harthy indicated that the governance and rationalisation work adopted by the Authority and its subsidiaries during 2021 contributed to saving about OMR 80 million and is expected to save about OMR 120 million during 2022 and 2023.
