Oman Business: Audi Oman offers transparency with Service Cam programme – Gulf Digital News

Designed to get owners more involved in the repair process, Audi Oman has launched the ‘Service Cam’ programme which provides dealers with the option of connecting with customers over video on their cars’ technical status and repair needs. This transparent and comfortable process involves personalised interaction and intends to keep the customer connected.

This service enables the Audi Oman’s service centre, represented by Premium Motors, to inform and seek approval from its customers for additional repairs to their car.

This is done via a video recording through Service Cam link which the service centre sends to the customers with repair or replacement requirement list. By sending the video footage to customers via email or SMS, the service centre simplifies the service and repair process, and at the same time breaks down communication gap between the two parties.

Approving repairs

After thoroughly viewing the video, Service Cam link enables the customer to approve the repair suggested and costs associated with them. Only once the customer approves the repairs, the services will be undertaken on their vehicle.
