Ashghal announces 135 percent increase in Qatarization rate – The Peninsula

Doha:  The Public Works Authority 'Ashghal' announced that the number of Qatari employees in the authority has more than doubled over the past 4 years with an increase of 135 percent.

The number of Qatari engineers has also increased up to 163 percent. There are currently 425 Qatari engineers in Ashghal who are employed with a scholarship or as a replacement / Qatarization plan followed by Ashghal in line with Qatar National Vision 2030. The Authority is making great efforts to increase the Qatarization percentage.
