Al-Murjan Group signs $107mln deal for Jeddah hospital

Saudi family business group Al-Murjan Group has entered into a SR400 million ($106.6 million) contract with Khaled Ahmed Al-Juffali Holding Company to implement finishes and electromechanical works for their upcoming private hospital in Jeddah — the Mediclinic Al-Murjan Hospital.The first part of the agreement includes finishing works, electricity and plumbing, while the second part includes the supply of medical equipment and building systems.The signing was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Murjan Group and Chairman of the Group's Executive Committee Sultan bin Khalid bin Mahfouz, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Khaled Al-Juffali Holding Company Khaled Ahmed Al-Juffali, and CEO Muhammad Nizar Sanadiqi.The agreement was signed by Tawfiq Bahamdein, CEO of Al-Murjan Group for Investment and Real Estate Development, which owns the building, and Muhammad
