Alstom appoints Managing Director to lead Saudi Arabia business – Construction Week Online

Sustainable mobility firm Alstom has appointed Mohamed Khalil as Managing Director to lead its Saudi Arabia business.

The appointment comes on the sidelines of Ramy Salah Eldeen Mohamed’s appointment as new Managing Director for Egypt.

Khalil brings over 25 years of global and regional experience to the role, including 15 years of operational experience in Saudi Arabia. His journey with Alstom started in 2012 and over the years he has held numerous management roles including Project Director for Alstom’s Riyadh Metro Project. In 2018, Mohamed became the Managing Director of Egypt, responsible for expanding Alstom’s footprint in the country and supporting the development of the country’s public transport network.
