Non-institutional foreign investments excluding Aramco rise to 10.07% last week
Non-institutional foreign investors, excluding Saudi Aramco, increased their ownership in the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) to 10.07% in the week ended on May 26, compared to 10.05% in the week before. Their ownership value excluding Saudi Aramco reached SAR 316.9 billion, market data showed.
Non-institutional foreign investors include swap holders, residents and qualified foreign investors (QFIs).
GCC investors' ownership in the Saudi market for the week rose to 1.76%, or SAR 55.4 billion, compared to a week earlier.
Foreign investors’ ownership, including strategic partners and excluding Saudi Aramco, grew to 12.03% for the week ended on May 26, to SAR 378.6 billion.
Non-institutional foreign investors excluding Saudi Aramco accounted for 1.96%, representing SAR 61.7 billion of the total foreign ownership in the Saudi market, for the week ended on May 26.
