Saudi Arabia’s King Salman issues royal decrees to spur development and appoint governors in key regions – Arabian Business

Saudi Arabia’s King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has issued a set of royal decrees to appoint key leaders and ensure development in the kingdom’s Taif, Al-Ahsa, Jeddah, and Northern Borders regions.

The set of laws, regulations, orders, and royal decrees were passed after the recommendations of the Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman were reviewed, the state-run Saudi Press Agency reported.

King Salman bin Abdulaziz has established a commission for the development of the Taif region in Saudi Arabia. The authority will have a Board of Directors whose chairman and members will be appointed by order of the Prime Minister.
