The Saudi Ground Services Company announces the Board of Director's decision dated 05-10-1443H. Corresponding to 06-05-2022G. To appoint Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, forms the committees, Board Secretary, and appoints Company’s representatives before the Capital Market Authority & Tadawul, as follows: -

First: Electing Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Secretary of the Board of Directors as follows:

1. Eng. Khalid Q. Al Buainain (Chairman of the Board of Directors).

2. Dr. Omar A. Jefri (V. Chairman of the Board).

3. Mazen G. Dhaifallah (Secretary of the Board).

Second: Formation of the Executive Committee with the following Members:
