|Announcement Detail|| The Saudi Investment Bank announces the appointment of Mr. Khalid Salem AlRowais as the Chairman of the Audit Committee based on the elected Board of Directors’ resolution taken during the meeting held on 01/07/1443 H corresponding to 02/02/2022 G, following the receipt of The Saudi Central Bank’s no-objection dated 09/07/1443H corresponding to 10/02/2022 G. The elected Board’s approval shall not be deemed final. Such appointment will be discussed at the first General Assembly Meeting for ratification.

Noting that the Extraordinary General Assembly in its meeting dated 29/06/1443H corresponding to 01/02/2022 G appointed the following members in the Audit Committee:

1. Mr. Mohammed Khamees Bamaga – Independent member from the Board.

2. Mr. Fayaz Sayed Bilal – Independent non-board member

3. Mr. Almaa Saeed AlMutair – Independent non-board member

4. Mr. Badr Abdullah AlMazroa – Independent non-board member

Hence, the composition of the Audit Committee will be:

1. Mr. Khalid Salem AlRowais – (Chairman) Independent member from the Board

2. Mr. Mohammed Khamees Bamaga – Independent member from the Board.
