TruKKer acquires Pakistan’s freight startup TruckSher



Saudi Arabia-based freight network TruKKer has acquired Pakistani startup TruckSher for an undisclosed amount.

Founded in 2016 by Gaurav Biswas, TruKKer operates a fleet of 35,000+ trucks across 17 locations in the Mena region, including Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the UAE.



The acquisition will allow TruKKer to expand into the Pakistani market through TruckSher’s client base in the commodities, FMCG and electronics sectors.



TruckSher has a presence in Karachi and Lahore with planned expansion across major industrial zones and ports in Pakistan.

TruKKer, the largest digital freight network in the Middle East and North African markets, has acquired TruckSher, Pakistan, as part of its expansion into the Pakistan land freight sector. 



TruKKer currently operates a fleet of 35,000+ trucks across its primary markets of Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, and other gulf economies. Since its foray into the enterprise land freight sector four years ago, TruKKer’s ground operations are spread across 17 locations in the Mena region and expanding aggressively.



TruckSher commenced operations in Pakistan earlier in 2021 raised Seed investment from Sarmayacar, and has grown healthily in the domestic Pakistan long haul sector. It has a presence in Karachi and Lahore with planned expansion across major industrial zones
