Saudi Arabia-based Dar Al Arkan has partnered with the luxury Italian fashion house, Missoni, to develop the Urban Oasis residential tower in Dubai at a total value of AED 800 million. The project is Dar Al Arkan's first development in the UAE and the Arab world’s first Missoni-inspired living spaces designed by the fashion brand’s MissoniHome, according to a press release on Wednesday.
