Deyaar launches $272.24mn luxury Regalia skyscraper in Business Bay – MEP MiddleEast

Dubai-based property developer and real estate service provider, Deyaar Development PJSC, has launched its $272.24mn (AED1bn) Regalia luxury skyscraper project in Business Bay, offering a high-end urban lifestyle embodied by royalty and distinction.

The 70-storey premium residential building, Regalia, will be the tallest tower Deyaar has ever built and will feature more than 900 apartments with smart home technologies such as smartphone-compatible controls.

It will have 172 studios, 572 one-bedroom apartments, 118 two-bedroom units and 41 three-bedroom flats, in addition to four duplexes and two penthouses offering panoramic views overlooking Dubai Creek, Dubai Lagoon, and Mohammed Bin Rashid City.

The development will also offer a wide range of amenities, including fitness and recreational amenities, a huge outdoor infinity pool measuring 70m in width, a jacuzzi, family gym, juice bar, private cabanas, and yoga pavilion, as well as wellness amenities, including an open-air cinema, grassy lawn, landscape garden, and reading corner.

The tower also includes social amenities, such as a BBQ area, residents’ lounge and business centre, as well as indoor and outdoor children’s play areas. The project has everything residents would need to unwind and enjoy quality time with their families without having to travel far from their homes.
