Dubai ranks 11th in residence-by-investment cities for business index

Dubai has ranked 11th in Henley & Partners' 'Best Residence-by-Investment Cities for Business Index'. The index assesses 25 cities that are welcoming international entrepreneurs, company owners, and investors to help them choose where best to locate their businesses, headquarters, executives, employees amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic world, according to Henley & Partners' website. The index has been launched in collaboration between DKA, a DeepTech focused agency highlighting insightful market intelligence and pragmatic forecasting, and Henley & Partners. The cities were ranked according to the top 10 criteria or parameters including COVID safety, lifestyle, tax, education, and real estate. Dubai led the 25 cities in the tax category, while being placed in the second position in the COVID safety category. Meanwhile, the emirate was placed in the 13th, ninth, 14th positions in security, infrastructure, and education, respectively.
