France prints commemorative stamp to celebrate Expo 2020 Dubai

France is to issue a commemorative stamp to mark its participation in Expo 2020 Dubai.

The eye-catching memento - which features the dazzling design of France's pavilion - will be available at post offices throughout the country from June 21.

Anticipation is building for the first world's fair to be held in the Middle East.

The six-month mega event will get under way on October 1, 2021.

The global spectacle was initially due to begin in October of last year only to be postponed for 12 months due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

France is set to make a big impression on the hotly-anticipated extravaganza.
