In an email issued by the UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the authority has stated that housekeepers and nannies can get free tickets to enter Expo 2020 Dubai — whenever they want. They just need to present a copy of their residence visa at the ticketing booth to avail free entry tickets. Free tickets are also offered to visitors who are over 60 years old and those under 18. In addition, students who show proof of a valid ID from any academic institution from anywhere in the world are also eligible for free tickets. People of determination are likewise entitled to free entry, while one companion accompanying them will need to pay only half the ticket price.
