Over 6500 students visit Dewa’s Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (Dewa)’s Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai has received over 200 school visits with more than 6,500 students of various classes, since the launch of the world-class event on Oct.1, 2021. Students learned about Dewa’s key projects, especially in clean and renewable energy, sustainability and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Students were particularly interested in Rammas, Dewa’s virtual employee which uses AI to respond to customer enquiries in Arabic and English. It is capable of learning and addressing customer needs, based on their enquiries to offer transactional and informational services. "The large turnout from students at our pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai underlines their interest in sustainability, clean and renewable energy technologies.
