UAE approves new federal government cabinet formation | Times of Oman

ABU DHABI: The President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, has approved the new federal government cabinet. The new cabinet was announced by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, following discussions with His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum also announced the new government strategic approach that will lay the foundations of work for the next 50 years. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum affirmed that: "Following discussions with Mohamed bin Zayed and directives of the UAE President, we announce a new UAE cabinet and a new government strategic approach that will lay the foundations of work for the next 50 years". His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum added: "The new government will follow the strategic approach we launched today and the priorities laid by the UAE President in the 'Principles of the 50' to adapt to the ever-evolving trends of today's world and achieve the objectives of the next phase of our development journey".
