UAE’s Consistent to deliver design of MEP services for 5-Star Dubai hotel – MEP MiddleEast

UAE-headquartered “sustainable consultancy” and engineering firm, Consistent Engineering Consultants, has revealed that it is involved in the design of MEP Services for an upcoming five-star hotel and luxury residences in Business Bay, Dubai.

The project consists of two basements, a ground floor, six podium floors, 29 floors on the hotel side, and 32 floors on the residential side.

The built-up area of the project is approximately 1.15mn square feet. The designs are being developed on the BIM platform to LOD 400.
