Covid-19: Dubai Economy fines six establishments, warns 1

Field inspectors from the Commercial Compliance & Consumer Protection (CCCP) Sector in Dubai Economy have continued their inspections of markets and shopping centres within the emirate to check for violations of Covid-19 protocols.

On Saturday, it fined six establishments as the employees there were found not to be wearing masks.

The violations were spotted in outlets dealing in garments, travel and tourism, grocery, and fruit juice, mainly in Naif and Al Bada'a.

The inspectors also issued a warning to one other business where it found that the physical distancing stickers were improperly placed.

It added that during its inspections, 189 businesses were found to
