UAE has supplied over 1,000 metric tons of Covid-19 aid worldwide

The UAE has assisted over 1 million medical workers globally by helping supply more than 1,000 metric tons of personal protective equipment (PPE), medical and food aid to combat the Covid-19 pandemic.

The UAE has provided this assistance to over 70 countries around the world including including China, Italy, the United Kingdom, Iran, Pakistan, Brazil, Russia, Yemen, and Afghanistan, among others.

Earlier this month, the UAE delivered 6.6 tons of medical equipment to the UK to help it produce millions of pieces of PPE.
