ARABIAN GULF UNIVERSITY HOSTS GRADUATION CEREMONY

The Arabian Gulf University (AGU) hosted its graduation ceremony (2022-2023) under the patronage of Education Minister, Higher Education Council (HEC) Board of Trustees’ Chairman Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Juma. Health Minister Dr. Jaleela bint Al Sayyed Jawad Hasan also attended the graduation of 296 students from the College of Postgraduate Studies, the College of High Medical Studies and the College of Medicine and Medical Sciences.

Addressing the ceremony, the minister paid tribute to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, expressing Bahrain’s pride in hosting the university.He also hailed the Gulf leaders’ support to the university which symbolizes fraternal relations, stressing the importance of the importance of the milestone in support development efforts and the health sectors in the GCC member states. He also paid homage to late King Abdulla bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for his generous donation to build the AGU King Abdulla Medical Town, lauding HM the King’s donation of a land plot for the project.
