Education Ministry participates in BIGS 2023

The Ministry of Education is participating with a special pavilion in the Bahrain International Garden Show (BIGS 2023), held this year under the theme: “Water… Renewing Life”.

The exhibition is held under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, with the support of Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, wife of HM King, Chair of the Advisory Council of the National Initiative for the Development of the Agricultural Sector(NIAD).

The pavilion includes an interactive screen to promote active learning, in addition to the students who won the best agricultural projects presenting their vision about their winning projects and how to benefit from their application on the ground.

The pavilion also showcases a collection of student drawings and artworks, and the wall farming project that aims to maximize production. agricultural.

Agricultural Research and Extension Consultant at the Ministry of Education Dr. Nilofer Ahmed Jahromi, indicated that the ministry’s participation in the educational awareness corner of the exhibition has a great impact on spreading knowledge, awareness and agricultural education among visitors.
