HOMIEZ hosts training program for UOB media students

Homiez Marketplace, Bahrain’s leading innovative e-commerce platform, hosted a training program for students from the University of Bahrain’s Media Department. This training is part of Marketplace’s social responsibility to diverse parts of society, as well as its commitment to Bahraini societal progress. Homiez provided the participating students with the opportunity to work alongside the platform’s team in its offices for three months, in coordination with Dr. Samar Alabyooki. It also allowed them to present a graduation project related to practical and realistic requirements based on media and advertising needs of the Homiez platform. During the training period, the participating students were able to master many of the basics and skills of digital shopping, as Homiez is a regional leader in this type of marketing, and its platform displays more than 50,000 products for nearly 400 Bahraini stores in various commercial activities.
