Hijjawi denies rumors of postponing in-person education – Roya News English

Member of the Epidemiology Committee Bassam Al-Hijjawi spoke Monday on Roya's Nabd al Balad about the coronavirus situation in the Kingdom. 

Currently, Jordan is in the third wave of the pandemic, waves which will continue until the end of the pandemic. Waves, he said, are becoming less intense as more people get vaccinated. 

Though coronavirus cases in the Kingdom are on the rise, Hijjawi denied that the Epidemiological Committee has any plans to postpone face-to-face education in schools and universities as the rates are still under control, and not alarming.
