In-person education to remain in place during second semester: Health Ministry – Roya News English

Wednesday, the Parliamentary Health Committee held a meeting with the Minister of Health, Feras Al-Hawari, to discuss the epidemiological situation in Jordan.

The head of the Parliamentary Health Committee, Farid Haddad, said that the epidemiological situation in the Kingdom is “very worrying.”

Haddad also spoke about the COVID-19 situation in schools, saying that the total number of coronavirus infections among school students reached 20,000 cases during the past two weeks, indicating that these cases which were recorded among students were mostly undiscovered.
