Queen Rania Honors Winners of 2023 Queen Rania Award for Excellence in Education – Roya News English

Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah handed awards to the winners of the 2022-2023 cycle of the Queen Rania Award for Excellence in Education (QRAEE) Wednesday, in a ceremony held under Her Majesty’s patronage at the Royal Cultural Palace in Amman.

In her capacity as chairperson of QRAEE’s board of trustees, Her Majesty presented trophies and certificates to the recipients of the 17th edition of the Distinguished Teachers Awards, the fifth edition of the Distinguished School Counselors Awards, and the third edition of the Excellence-Supporting Directorates Awards, in recognition of their exceptional contributions to education in Jordan.

This year, the QRAEE Association received 6,210 applications, of which 5,969 were from teachers and 241 from school counselors. A total of 18 teachers received the Distinguished Teacher Award, while two counselors received the Distinguished School Counselor Award. In addition, 15 teachers and four school counselors received certificates of appreciation at the national level, while 14 teachers and one school counselor were recognized at the directorate level.
