Kuwaiti delegation praises Qatar’s experience in educational development

A high-level educational delegation from Kuwait, headed by Assistant Undersecretary for the Public Education Sector Osama Hussein Sultan Najim, has concluded a visit to Qatar, during which they were briefed on the Qatari experience in public education development.

Members of the delegation met senior Ministry of Education and Higher Education officials, and visited some educational institutions to learn about Qatar’s experiences and best practices in education development.

In a press statement, Najim praised the Qatari experience in education development, stressing that Qatar has achieved tangible successes and a great leap in the development of education, placing it in an advanced rank among international classifications in the field of education quality.

He added that the current visit to Qatar came with the aim of reviewing this rich experience, and studying the prospects for co-operation between Kuwait and Qatar in the educational aspect.

Najim attributed the quality of education in Qatar to several reasons, including the use of modern and advanced technological methods, adopting diversification of educational paths, attracting specialised and international schools and their role in raising the learner's receiving efficiency.
