MCBS, Oman’s first institute to offer BTEC Level III celebrated its second batch of graduates

Muscat: Under the patronage of His Excellency Jamal bin Ahmed Al-Abri, Head of the Education and Research Committee of the Shura Council, and in the presence of Dr. Moosa bin Abdullah Al-Kindi, Dean of the Modern College of Business and Science (MCBS), and parents, the Modern College of Business and Science celebrated on Saturday morning, August 26, 2023 at the Intercity Hotel in Al Khuwair, the graduation of a new batch of students from the international (BTEC) program, majoring in business administration and information technology. Modern College of Business and Science is the only institution in Oman to offer BTEC Level III program.

In his opening speech, Dr. Moosa bin Abdullah Al-Kindi, Dean of the College, referred to the originality of this international (BTEC) program in terms of its efficiency in professional preparation for its students and providing them with competencies for employability after graduation, and the ability of this type of education to contribute to achieving what Oman Vision 2040.
