Key discussion points included enhancing cooperative efforts in training and academic exchange. A noteworthy proposal was the potential linking of Omani and Chinese universities through sabbatical exchange programmes. This initiative aims to attract researchers to Oman and build robust connections with Omani researchers.

The meeting also proposed leveraging the upcoming Omani-Chinese Knowledge Dialogue Forum, scheduled for April, as a platform to further this cooperation.
