Students must submit e-applications to resume studies abroad. Muscat: The students who were studying abroad and wish to resume their studies to register electronically, the Ministry of Higher Education announced.A statement issued online by Ministry of Higher Education said, "The Ministry has noted the need for students who wish to resume their studies abroad after they returned to the Sultanate due to the coronavirus pandemic, to submit their application via electronic files on the Ministry's website (through the inquiry service included in the auditor services).".
