Garangao at MESIS
Garangao celebrations were held at MES Indian School (MESIS) recently with children and teachers dressed in traditional Qatari attire. A group dance and play were organised by Qatar History, Arabic/Islamic Department. Principal Dr E M Haneef was the chief guest. Children performed traditional dances. There were competitions in classroom decoration, colouring, painting, essay writing, article writing, face painting, musical chairs competition and henna design competitions.
