Ministry of Education hosts ‘Buds of Ethics’ award team – The Peninsula

Doha: The Ministry of Education and Higher Education hosted the team of “Buds of Ethics” award in its 4th session organised by Qatar Foundation(QF).

“Buds of Ethics” award is considered one of the most prominent awards emanating from “Our Ethics” award launched by H H Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, Chairman of QF, in 2017, emphasizing the close connection between science and good qualities and ethical behaviors, and in promotion of the ethics mission as a foundation for success in all walks of life.

The award was launched in the academic year 2019-2020 which primarily focuses on school students, citizens and residents from seven-year-old to fourteen-year old age group.

The Buds of Ethics Award team, consisting of Aisha Al Hajri, member of the awards jury, Sheikha Al Ziyara, and Muhammad Al Harbi from the awards organizing team, introduced the representatives of primary, model and preparatory schools for boys and girls, the broad range of terms, stages and criteria of the award.

At the closing session of the introductory programme, the Head of the Programmes and Activities Department at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education Fatima Yousef Al Obaidly delivered a remark in which she stressed that the Buds of Ethics Award represents the values
