Qatar Airways celebrates Oryx International School’s inaugural graduation ceremony – The Peninsula

Doha: Qatar Airways celebrated Oryx International School’s first graduation and prize giving ceremony on Wednesday, at the school’s state-of-the-art auditorium.

The first-of-its-kind ceremony was attended by the graduate’s families, Qatar Airways Board Members, and faculty staff, who applauded the 21 graduates of Class of 2022 as they walked the stage and collected their certificates.

Oryx International School is an exclusive independent school for the children of the airline’s employees and its approved subsidiaries, offering the highest standard of facilities and the best British International education in a safe, caring and welcoming environment.

As of May 2022, there are approximately 1,600 students enrolled at the school. It has operated in partnership with Orbital Education since 2016 and offers a modified version of the National Curriculum of England, from Foundation Stage 1 to Year 13.
