Qatar University Scientists within the World’s Top 2% in Academic Citation – The Peninsula

Doha:  A study conducted by Stanford University (USA) showed results of the top two percent of the world's most-cited scientists during 2020, and the top two percent of the world's most-cited scientists for career-long citation.

In this study, the first list included 80 scientists from Qatar University and the second list included 39 scientists. A noticeable increase in the list of scientists from Qatar University is recorded in this year's study, with an increase of almost 20 percent in the first list, and an increase of almost 30 percent in the second list.
