Academy of Learning Company would like to announce to its esteemed shareholders that it has received the approval of the Capital Market Authority on 21/ 11/ 1445 corresponding to 29/ 5/ 2024 regarding the company's request to increase its capital from (60,000,000) Saudi riyals to (90,000,000) Saudi riyals, an increase of (50%), by granting shareholders one share for every two shares owned by shareholders registered in the issuer’s shareholder registry at the depository center at the end of the second trading day following the date of the assembly, which will be determined later.
