RMJM completes work on Saudi nonprofit city office buildings

Saudi Arabia - Global architectural network RMJM has announced the completion of its work on the first group of Grade A office buildings within Mohammed Bin Salman Nonprofit City (Misk City) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The first non-profit city in the world being developed on a 3.4 sq km area, it has a grand masterplan aimed at becoming a robust thriving and an ambitious community to attract organisations that contribute to achieving the goals of Misk foundation in sectors such as education, entrepreneurship and the nonprofit sector.

It will boast a residential cluster including 500 villas and townhouses, as well as 6,000 apartments with multiple floor plans that can accommodate nearly 18,000 residents.

RMJM said it had designed a distinctive Grade A office development in Misk City. The office buildings are located within the central Misk Forum district adjoining Al Mishrak - a significant mixed-use development in the heart of the city.

The precinct is situated in a prime location to attract selected global corporations to occupy Mohammed Bin Salman Nonprofit City as their new headquarters for the KSA.
