Saudi NCLE approves three educational complexes in Riyadh for $43.19mln

Saudi’s National Company for Learning and Education's (NCLE) board has approved the development of three educational complexes in Riyadh for 162 million Saudi riyals ($43.19 million).

The first complex will be constructed on the land plot with an estimated 20,000 square metres (sqm) built-up area. The SAR 57 million complex will have a capacity for 2,000 students.

The second project - Tarbyh Namouthajiyah Schools – will have a built-up area of 20,200 sqm with an estimated cost of SAR 56 million. The school will have a capacity of nearly 2,500 students.

The third project - Tarbyh Namouthajiyah Schools – will have an estimated built-up area of 15,300 sqm, with a capacity of 2,000 students. The estimated project cost is SAR 49 million.

The three projects will include construction, air conditioning, elevators, theatres, furnishing and technical devices, the company said in a statement to the Saudi stock exchange.

Construction is scheduled to finish by the first quarter of 2024. The projects will be financed from the company’s own resources and bank facilities.

The schools will start operations as of the academic year 2024-2025.

The main contractor of the first and the third projects is Bani Limited, while Legend Contracting Company will work on the second project.
