DUBAI - His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, congratulated winners of UAE qualifiers held for the 7th Arab Reading Challenge, who were crowned today during a major ceremony held at the Higher Colleges of Technology – Men’s College.
