Post-graduate courses staging a big comeback at Getex

According to research by Bayt.com, about 67 per cent of UAE employers plan to hire new employees in 2023. Meanwhile, the 2023 UAE Salary Guide and Hiring Insights report published by Michael Page assesses UAE’s job market to be moving on an upward trend, with the opening up of fresh, new job opportunities in the years to follow. The country’s already robust economic activity is being further bolstered by the introduction of favorable government initiatives such as the golden visa facility and fast-track licenses, all of which are adding new business start-ups to the already growing and diversifying pool of existing businesses, in turn leading to the hike in demand for human resources overall. UAE has a high-turnover, multi-skilled and mixed-nationality job market. Every year, more than 200,000 new expats move to Dubai alone in pursuit of a higher quality of life, according to relocation company, First Move International. A study by Bayt.com and YouGov indicates that 86 per cent of working professionals already in the UAE have an optimistic outlook on their careers in 2023 and beyond.
