The Ministry of Education launches the Educators’ Voice initiative in collaboration with the Office for Climate Education

Amna Al Dahak Al Shamsi: The Educators' Voice initiative holds immense significance as it empowers and prepares educators globally, nurturing their creativity and innovation. This initiative recognizes the crucial role they play in equipping the future generation to tackle and adapt to the climate crisis. It also provides educators with a platform to express their viewpoints on environmental matters to policymakers and society. The Ministry of Education is committed to continue collaborating with all local, regional, and international strategic partners to develop initiatives and programs aimed at raising awareness about the importance of education in addressing climate change and tackling its challenges. Subtitles: The Educators' Voice initiative will organise the third edition of the TeachersCOP competition, established by the Office for Climate Education (OCE). To participate in the competition, individuals can fill out the form available on the website www.oce.global/teacherscop before September 30, 2023. The OCE will organise regional online seminars in Arabic, French, Spanish and English to promote broader engagement of teachers worldwide and encourage more project submissions.
