The University of Manchester Middle East Centre and Johnson Controls, Dubai sign MoU

Dubai – United Arab Emirates: The University of Manchester Middle East Centre and Johnson Controls Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Inc – Dubai branch of a global leader for smart, healthy, and sustainable buildings - have signed an MoU for a Strategic Talent Partnership (STP) through which both organisations will endeavour together to help identify management development needs and enhance skill sets by tapping into the University’s regional talent pool of students and alumni, who are all working professionals. The University already works with some of the leading companies and public sector organisations in the region under the STP framework, and as corporate partners.

The University of Manchester’s STP programme provides a framework for collaboration and engagement between business and business education. It helps identify leadership and management skills development areas, and career opportunities for potential candidates among the University’s regional talent pool.

The MoU will enable access to the University’s experience and expertise across multiple sectors for Johnson Controls.
