EgyptAir to operate flights between Sharm El Sheikh, Luxor – Egypttoday

CAIRO - 14 February 2020: Egyptian state-owned flag carrier EgyptAir announced operating direct flights between South Sinai's Sharm El Sheikh, northeastern the country, known for magnificent natural landscapes and Upper Egypt's Luxor which houses numerous ancient landscapes and pharaonic monuments, starting Thursday.. In an interview with Egypt Today, tourism expert Mohamed Othman said EgyptAir will operate these direct flights every week on Thursday, starting February 20th until May 28th.. Tourism Minister Khaled al-Anani earlier in February announced launching several mechanisms to serve the tourism sector, most prominently operating new flights to connect Luxor with Red Sea's Hurghada and Sharm El-Sheikh at the end of February..
