Two Dubai expats were caught on surveillance cameras stealing Dh80,000 worth of phones and watches from the shop they worked in, the Court of First Instance has heard.. The Dubai public prosecution accused the two Pakistani men, including a fugitive, of stealing the items from the electronics shop in a mall..
