Three in five Jordanians perceive financial situation as poor – Roya News English

The Jordanian Consumer Sentiment increased by 3.9 points in Q2 of 2023, ranking 17th globally in the Ipsos Consumer Sentiment survey. Global sentiment also rose during the same period.

Despite the improvement, nearly three out of five Jordanians still hold a negative view of the current economic situation, driven by concerns over the cost of living, inflation, and unemployment.

Three out of five Jordanians cite the cost of living and inflation as their top worries, closely followed by unemployment.
